The floor plans of the apartments in this building are drawn below. These are not exact drawings but are here to give you a feel of these units. All the units have central air and the upstairs one-bedroom have a back door that leads to a common balcony area.

The one-bedroom apartments (which there are eight) have approximately five hundred square feet. The front door opens to the living area. A slight partition separates the kitchen from the living area. Through the hall you will find the bathroom and extra closet space. The bedroom has a large closet. The floor plans of these one-bedroom apartments are the same except some are mirror images of each other.

The two-bedroom apartments (which there are two) are a two-story townhouse style surrounded by the one-bedroom apartments and have approximately eight hundred square feet. The steps leading to the second floor are located in the front entrance area. Walk in and you will find the kitchen on the left side followed by the living area. There are sliding glass doors that lead to a large screen porch. Also there is a half-bath off the living area. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms with big closets separated by the bathroom. The master bedroom has a private balcony with sliding glass doors. Also, there is a linen closet in the upstairs hall.
